Our experience is a session full of peace and tranquility, where we practice breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxing yoga. It is preferred not to eat at least two hours before the session.
The experience includes:
1. Hot and cold drinks
2. It is preferred to bring your own yoga mat (we provide it upon prior request)
3. Assistance tools if necessary
Experience Duration:
1.5 hours
Morning session: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM
Evening session: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
